Structurally, the defrosting racks are a welded structure made of food grade stainless steel AISI 430, the frame is profile pipes. All shelves are made so that the liquid is drained when the raw materials are thawed into a special container or directly into the sewer. Such equipment allows you to avoid contamination of the nearby space during defrosting, ergonomically place raw materials for thawing in a defroster.
